CONSENT TO THE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
I (hereinafter referred to as the User), by submitting an application or using the Site https://morkurs.ru/, owned by MARINE COURSE Limited Liability Company, TIN [Taxpayer Identification Number] 9707039746, PSRN [Primary State Registration Number] 1247700740418, address: 127006, Moscow, 34 Dolgorukovskaya St., bldg. 2 (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), in accordance with the user or other agreement between the User and the Operator governing the use of the Site, in compliance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data", voluntarily, of my own free will and in my interests provide the Operator with my specific, subject, informed, unambiguous and conscious consent to the processing of the following personal data:
- surname, name and patronymic;

- email address;
- account name (nickname) and user ID in instant messengers and social networks (VKontakte, Odnoklassniki and others), if the User uses them for communication;
- IP address of the User's device;
- cookie data;
- data collected by counters;
- data obtained using web beacons;
- information about the User's browser;
- technical characteristics of the device and software;
- date and time of access to the Site;
- addresses of the requested pages of the Site;
- geographic coordinates of the User's location.
- Within the framework of the consent provided, I grant the Operator the right to perform any actions with my personal data, including, but not limited to: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, destruction, as well as performing other necessary actions with personal data, taking into account the current legislation.
- This consent is provided by me for the duration of the agreement with the operator, and if one has not been concluded, for a period of no more than 36 months.
- This consent is provided by me for the following purposes: the use of Users' personal data for the conclusion and execution of the Agreement or any other contract with the Operator, including conducting statistical and other studies of the use of the Site based on anonymized data.
- The personal data processing is permitted using the following methods: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction.
- The User's personal data processing is permitted both with and without the use of automation tools in accordance with the current legislation.
- The User's personal data processing is permitted using DPM (Data Protection Manager) systems, including those owned by third parties and provided to the Operator on the basis of a relevant agreement or contract, subject to compliance with measures to protect the personal data confidentiality.
I agree to the processing of my personal data specified in this consent by the following persons:
YANDEX Limited Liability Company (Russia), TIN: 7736207543, address: 119021, Russia, Moscow, 16 Lva Tolstogo St., for the purpose of making metrics by Yandex.Metrica service, for the purpose of search engine optimization by Yandex.Webmaster service, acting on the basis of the Operator's instructions in accordance with the Privacy Policy: https://yandex.ru/legal/confidential/ru/.
1C-Bitrix Limited Liability Company (Russia), TIN: 7717586110, address: 109544, Moscow, 2 Entuziastov Blvd., floor 13, rooms 8-19, for the purpose to ensure the functioning of the feedback forms and the Operator's CRM system, acting on the basis of the Operator's instructions in accordance with the Privacy Policy: https://www.bitrix24.ru/about/privacy.php.
- This consent to the User's personal data processing extends to any transfer of the User's personal data to the Operator made prior to this consent provision.
- This consent is signed with the User's simple electronic signature, the use of which is established by the Site's Use Agreement.
- I am informed that my consent to the personal data processing may be revoked by sending a corresponding request to the email address: info@morkurs.ru.
- I am informed that withdrawal of the consent to such personal data processing may result in the automatic deprivation of my right to use the Site.
- I am informed that if I revoke my consent to the personal data processing, the Operator has the right to continue processing my personal data without my consent if there are grounds established by law.
- I am informed that if I revoke my consent to the personal data processing, the Operator will cease processing them or ensure that such processing is terminated (if the personal data processing is carried out by another person acting on behalf of the Operator) and, if the personal data storage is no longer required for the purposes of the personal data processing, will destroy the personal data or ensure that it is destroyed within a period not exceeding ten (10) business days from the date of receipt of the said revocation.
